Gold Treats is a great way to purchase and send a redeemable token or cash, regardless of where you are. Our payment system is designed to give vendors and customers security and peace of mind when it comes to transactions.

How Transactions With Gold Treats Work
For example, if a customer generates a token (i.e. money) and sends that token to the vendor, the vendor can check how much and the name of the sender using the Gold Treats app. Once they verify that token, the vendor locks the money. This ensures that the sender cannot retrieve the money until the goods or services have been fulfilled by the vendor. Once the customer receives the good and is satisfied with their purchase, they can send their password to the vendor, allowing the vendor to take the money.
If the vendor does not receive the password to claim their money within 24 hours of the goods being delivered or services rendered, the vendor can select the troubleshooting icon. On the other hand, if the customer doesn't get what they order, they can also reach out within 24 hours using the troubleshooting icon. A representative will respond within three business days to mediate the situation and pass judgment.
